Jeff is the founder of Elevate and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional who received his MBA with distinction from New York University. Jeff spent more than 15 years in New York City, gaining extensive corporate financial planning experience working with hedge funds, banks, and legal industry executives. Jeff leveraged his corporate experience to bring financial planning from Wall Street to Main Street. He runs a wealth management firm in Orlando, helping individuals, families and small business owners.
Over the years, Jeff has acquired an extensive real estate investment portfolio and takes advantage of the many benefits that real estate investing offers. John is a Certified Public Accountant and the principal of John E. Russi, CPA, PA located in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando for over 25 years. John’s firm has extensive experience in providing accounting, bookkeeping and tax planning & preparation for individuals, corporations, LLCs, partnerships, trusts and estates. Mr. Russi is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Paul Cipparone
Paul is the co-founder of Cipparone & Cipparone, P.A., which began serving clients in January 2013. Paul concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate – both commercial and residential. Ryan Scotson
Ryan has been a real estate professional for over 20 years, providing real estate solutions and guidance to his clients across Central Florida and surrounding areas. Ryan graduated from Valencia College with an associate degree in business. Kristin received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Villanova University, establishing a solid foundation of knowledge in business strategy, consumer behavior, and brand development.
Prior to joining Elevate, Kristin developed her skills in the healthcare sector as a Senior Director at a major healthcare marketing agency. In this position, she collaborated closely with a wide range of pharmaceutical companies, managing their diverse projects from inception to completion. Her primary responsibilities included setting timelines, coordinating team efforts, overseeing quality control, and delivering high-end custom products on time and on budget. She brings extensive experience in project management, business communication, and real estate investing.
